My philosophy on food is to skip the diet and to just eat healthy. I feel most radiant when my body is well hydrated and nourished with vegetables and foods that are rich in healthy fats such as salmon, avocado and nuts. I try to eat raw vegetables and mainly plant based as often as I can- and I do this because it makes me feel clean, vibrant, and healthy, not because I want to lose weight or be thin. In fact, I have never had a dieting mind-set, even through my post partum stages, and I honestly think that’s why I have been able to stay thin through my life. I drink a great deal of water, of lemon water, of all natural electrolytes, and go through stages of mixing together a daily “elixir” that contains apple cider vinegar. Staying hydrated is essential to feeling clean and energetic. Daily hydration helps muscles and joints work together better and promotes cardiovascular health.
